Duner is building one search across the Outer Banks' local vacation-rental companies: a traveler picks every week that could work, sees real advertised weekly prices side by side, and books direct — on the company's own website, at the company's own price. This page is how that works from your side of the counter.
The rules, up front
- Listing is free. No company pays to appear, and ranking is never for sale — the ordering rules are published and they don't bend.
- The booking is yours. Every result links to your website; you keep the reservation, the payment, the guest relationship, and your price. Duner adds no traveler fee.
- Your listings stay yours. Data you share powers Duner Beach search results only — no reselling, no redistribution.
- You are the source of truth. Duner shows when its information was last updated and always points travelers back to you to confirm.
- Leaving is one email. Removal is unconditional — details in the questions below.
How it starts
- Say hello. Email hello@dunerbeach.com — a person reads it, and we'll show you the working search.
- Share what your software already exports. Homes, weekly rates, availability — the technical ask is small, and we fit your format.
- Your homes appear when the search opens — every result linking straight to your site.
Common questions
Does listing on Duner cost anything?
No. Inclusion is free, and ranking is never for sale — the ordering rules are
published on How Duner works, and no compensation of any
kind can buy a position.
Who takes the booking?
You do. Every result links to your own website — the reservation, the payment,
and the guest relationship stay with you, at your price. Duner charges travelers nothing;
today, rental-home listings earn Duner nothing either, and if that ever changes it will
be disclosed and will never buy inclusion or ranking.
What data does Duner need?
Homes, weekly rates, and availability — in whatever form your software already
exports. The data powers Duner Beach search results only; it is never resold or
redistributed.
Can we come off the list?
Yes. A company that asks to be removed is removed, no questions asked: we
confirm by email and take the listing down.
