Why participate?
Travelers already comparison-shop. In Duner Beach's July 2026 survey of 96 beach-house renters, 89% said they consult more than one site or source before booking. Duner gives your homes a place in that comparison, then sends the traveler to your own site to book. The searches for things to do and beach gear are already live; homes are the next piece.
The rules, up front
- Listing is free. No company pays to appear, and ranking is never for sale — the ordering rules are published and they don't bend.
- The booking is yours. Every result links to your website; you keep the reservation, the payment, the guest relationship, and your price. Duner adds no traveler fee.
- Your listings stay yours. Data you provide is used to power Duner's rental search and related traveler-facing features. Duner does not sell or license that data to third parties.
- You are the source of truth. Duner shows when its information was last updated and always points travelers back to you to confirm.
- Leaving is one email. Removal is unconditional — details in the questions below.
What your listings would join
Homes are the piece still to come. The site around them is already built, public, and covering the same coast:
- Town guides covering Duner's guide destinations from Virginia Beach to Ocracoke. They're written to help travelers choose where to stay, with no sponsored picks and no affiliate links: see the hub.
- A Beach Gear directory, already live, covering the same coast. Local-company listings are free, prices stay with the provider, and those results send the traveler to the company's own site or phone — or, where a company takes its orders through a marketplace storefront, to that company's own storefront page. A company whose official page lives on a social platform is linked the same way — to that page, labeled as such. Homes would follow the same book-direct approach.
- An Experiences search comparing Viator and GetYourGuide, already live from Virginia Beach through Ocracoke. Its booking links are affiliate links, so Duner may earn a commission on bookings made there.
- A working home search behind partner access: the town filter, the week strip, the price labels, the shortlist and the side-by-side compare table already run on demonstration data. Ask and we'll walk you through it.
- A waitlist of travelers who asked to be told the day the home search opens. That list is Duner's own audience: it is used for the updates those travelers asked for, and it is not handed to the companies Duner lists.
