Copyright & DMCA Policy

Duner respects the intellectual-property rights of others. Duner is a search and directory service: it links to listings and services offered by third parties and displays limited third-party material — such as titles, images, listing details and summaries — from the providers and marketplaces behind its results. Duner does not host material uploaded by users, and it has no user accounts. If you believe material Duner links to or displays infringes your copyright, please notify our designated agent. We will respond to valid notices in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA").

How to report a copyright concern

Send a written notice to our designated agent (below) that includes the following information. If your concern involves a reference or link on Duner, please identify the Duner page or URL that lets us locate it:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or a representative list if your notice covers multiple works on Duner.
3. Identification of the material, reference, or link you claim is infringing, together with information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it — ideally the exact URL(s) on Duner.
4. Information reasonably sufficient for us to contact you, such as your mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

If a notice substantially complies with the DMCA's requirements, Duner will respond expeditiously to remove or disable access to the material, reference or link identified in the notice, as appropriate.

A notice to Duner can affect what Duner displays or links to; Duner cannot remove material from a third party's own website. To have material removed from another site, you will need to contact the operator of that site.

We may forward the notice, including your contact information, to the marketplace, company, or other person responsible for the material. If a notice is incomplete but provides enough information for us to identify the copyrighted work, locate the material, and contact you, we may contact you to request the missing information.

Notices of claimed copyright infringement should be sent to Duner's designated agent:

Duner's designated agent is registered with the U.S. Copyright Office and listed in its DMCA Designated Agent Directory.

Repeat infringement

Duner has no user accounts and hosts no user-uploaded content. Where applicable, Duner maintains and reasonably implements a policy addressing repeat copyright infringement, and may remove listings, references or links associated with repeated infringement. Duner also accommodates and does not interfere with standard technical measures used by copyright owners to identify or protect copyrighted works, as required by applicable law.

If we removed something by mistake

If Duner removed material, a listing or a link because of a copyright notice and you believe the removal was mistaken, contact our designated agent. Identify what was removed and where it appeared, explain why you believe the removal was based on a mistake or misidentification, and include information that allows us to contact you.

We will review the request promptly and may restore the material, listing or link if appropriate. We may provide your request, including your contact information, to the person who submitted the original notice. If ownership or authorization remains genuinely disputed, Duner may leave the material or link unavailable while the parties resolve the dispute.

Misrepresentations

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), a person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing — or that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification — may be liable for resulting damages, costs, and attorneys' fees. Please submit copyright notices and requests for reconsideration in good faith.
